The Postgraduate Director of IAIN Bone realized the MoA with Unisad of As'adiyah Islamic University by becoming a speaker at the National Seminar on Gender and Civilization.
The National Seminar activity was held on Wednesday 15 July 2026 via. zoom was attended by the Chancellor of Unisad, the deputy Chancellors, deans, chairman of LP2M and chairman of PSGA as well as other officials with a total of around 200 participants. Present as speakers were 5 great women alumni of the As'adiyah Sengkang Islamic boarding school with the title of professor/professor and doctor, namely Gurutta, Rector of Unisad Prof, Dr. Hj. Indo Santaliah, M.Ag as keynote speaker as well as opening the national seminar followed by
Gurutta Prof. Dr. Hj. Syamsiah Badaruddin, M.Si from the National University of Jakarta, then Gurutta Dr. Hj. Rosmini Amin, S.Ag, M.Ag chairman of LP2M UIN Alauddin Makassar, next speaker Gurutta Dr. Hj. Nur Hidayah, S.Ag, M. Psi, founder of the Nurani Institute Jakarta, while appearing as the final speaker, IAIN Bone Postgraduate director, prof. Dr. Sarifa Suhra, S.Ag, M.Pd.I the theme of the seminar is Gender and civilization: Women, leadership and social justice building an inclusive civilization in the era of society 5.0. Each presenter appeared according to their own unique expertise, namely: prof. Indo Santaliah, emphasizing the importance of emulating female leaders who have succeeded in building inclusive civilizations across the ages, prof. Syamsiah emphasized the importance of women becoming intellectual leaders who master the digital world and then adapt it to the world of work, Dr. Rosmini pumped up the spirit of strengthening the literacy of Asadiyah women so they are ready to become future leaders, Dr. Nur Hidayah touched on the psychological aspect of women being brave enough to express their hearts and desires in public spaces, not to stifle their own creativity with inappropriate shame, meanwhile, the postgraduate director of IAIN Bone, prof. Sarifa Suhra emphasized the strategic role of women's leadership in building an inclusive civilization in the Society 5.0 era, by appearing to maintain ethics in the digital space, strengthening knowledge and skills, upholding the values โโof tolerance, empathy, collaboration within the framework of effective cross-cultural communication.
